"Everything was upfront"
The fees were clear right from the beginning, which I really appreciated. No surprise charges popped up later or anything like that. Weirdly, I remember checking the details while eating a slightly burnt piece of toast, and even then it was easy to understand

I used riftrefunds.co.uk after a mate recommended them to me. I wasn’t totally sure at first, as I did wonder if I could just sort it myself, but the time and hassle it saved made it feel like decent value.
They took their fee, which I think is fair, and I still ended up getting money back that I probably would’ve just left sitting there. It did take a little longer than I’d hoped, so I’d give it 4 stars, but overall I came away feeling glad I used them

I ended up getting a decent refund back, at least from what I can tell. It did take a little longer than I expected, but in the end it seemed to work out fine.

I used riftrefunds.co.uk for a refund the speed was better than I expected. I thought it might drag on for ages, but it actually moved along smoothly
There was a bit of waiting around for updates, but nothing that felt like a big problem. Once things started moving, the money came back fairly quickly
I’d give it 4 stars because it wasn’t instant, but overall I was happy with how fast they handled it

I found the application on riftrefunds.co.uk really easy to get through. It didn’t take too long, and most of the questions made sense. I did it on my phone without any real hassle, although I had to double-check a couple of bits along the way. A friend had recommended trying it, and I can see why. The only thing that would make it better is a bit more guidance on a few steps. Overall, a good, simple experience.

I found the online portal straightforward to use. Uploading my documents was quick, and I liked that the file upload section clearly showed when each item had gone through. A couple of things took me a minute to track down, like where to find certain status details, so it could be a little clearer in spots. But overall, it worked well and was really handy for checking updates without needing to call anyone.

The follow-up support was really good. So many places disappear the second they’ve got your money, which is always annoying, but they actually checked in and helped me out after everything was done. It was simple, helpful, and way better than the usual “good luck, you’re on your own” experience...

"I used Rift for my CIS..."
I used Rift for my CIS tax refund and they were really easy to deal with. I’ve looked at a couple of other companies before and they either made it sound more complicated than it needed to be or weren’t very clear on what I could claim. Rift seemed to know exactly what HMRC would ask for and talked me through the paperwork without making it a hassle. The money came through faster than I expected too, so I’d happily use them again.

Wasn’t totally sure at the start, mainly because I didn’t know if the claim amount they gave me would actually be right.
They checked everything over and the figure they came back with ended up being pretty much exactly what I received. No big promises that changed later, which I appreciated.

They were really good about walking me through all the forms step by step, which made the whole thing feel a lot less overwhelming. A few parts did take longer than I expected, and there were moments where I wished things moved a little faster. "Really professional from start to finish"
They were really professional the whole way through and kept me updated without me having to chase. I noticed little things too, like how they confirmed times clearly and followed up when they said they would, which made it all feel easy. No messing about, just a smooth experience.
